We had all kinds of favorites last months, including some Prime Day items and books. In today's First Friday post, we will cover all the July highlights! But the biggest one of all is that we actually got to see each other in person and spend time together with our families. Woohoo!
We kicked things off with family and friends, celebrating July 4th. And then it was back to work...housework, that is. We covered each of our different methods for laundry (twice a week and daily), and why these work for us.
And if you forgot already, July meant Prime Day! We updated throughout both days with our favorite items that had special sales on Amazon, including two that are continuing. This Fire Smart TV has been a great little addition to the kitchen and is still just $65! Also in the kitchen is this automatic soap dispenser that we've used for a few weeks already and are very happy with the added functionality while cooking. It's still on sale too!
While we were in the shopping mood, we shared some other favorite summer products and accessories, here.
There was a bit of an organizing theme in July as well. We did some organizing and cleaning, and then started preparing for fall (it's never too early!).
Finally, we shared a list of books that have stuck with us over time, including Pride & Prejudice, Evvie Drake Starts Over and The Happiness Project. There are still a few weeks of summer left to read poolside!
That's July in a nutshell, and now we're onto school and fall planning. I saw an ad with pumpkins in it today, so I guess we're not the only ones!
