Summer 2024, you have been great! As we move into this last month of the season, we're recapping the height of our summer posts right here!

July marks the beginning of the second half of the year, thus an opportunity to check on goals and recalibrate if necessary. We did that here. This second half of the year, we're especially working on healthy habits.
